The Cake from My last Entry

The cake from my last entry was not entirely homemade. The cake itself was Chocolate Fudge mix from Betty Crocker Supermoist cake mix but the glaze was made by me.

Heres the recipe for the Glaze:

Ingredients

5 oz (140 g) of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup (180 ml) of Heavy Cream

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract.

Instructions

Put the chopped chocolate in a medium sized bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small sauce pan until almost boiling and then pour over the chocolate. Let stand for 30 seconds, then stir until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.

It’s that simple!
