It’s getting to be that time again. A new semester of nursing school looms ahead in the horizon. In exactly one weeks time I will be in orientation for my final semester of nursing school. The first module opens on Monday next.

It is time to take my nursing books out of the trunk of my car where I left them on the day of my achievement exam back in December. We already have our reading list and our calendar until the end of the program. Time to start reading again. We will be tested every two weeks until the end of the program. No room for getting behind!

This semester my clinical site will be where I work so I am already familiar with the floors there. I do not know however, the nursing charting, as it is not the same as respiratory charting. Plus it is close to my house so no more 0430 wake up time for the 40 minute drive to the site. For that I am thankful.
