Sharing Medical costs with Strangers, Sort of.
It is so true that people use the ER for primary Care because they either a) have no insurance or b) are under insured. Health care costs are sky rocketing. I think that this idea of a faith based sharing plan is an interesting one. Read it and tell me what you think about it. Do you think smokers should help smokers? Would they help each other?
