Ingredients
- Beef strips (I used flank steak sliced)
- Green bell pepper, sliced thick
- Red bell pepper, sliced thick
- Onion sliced thick
- Beef Broth
- Soy sauce
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Brown sugar
- Cold Water
Directions
- Add beef, peppers and onions in crock pot – Place the beef, bell peppers and onions in a Slow cooker
- Season – Add the seasonings, brown sugar, and soy sauce over the beef and peppers.
- Add Broth – Pour the beef broth in the crock pot. Stir to combine.
- Slow Cook – Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until the steak is cooked through.
- I do not use a cornstarch slurry as the recipe calls for
- Serve and enjoy – Serve over a bed of white rice. (Or brown or basmati or texmati!)
- Garnish with Sesame Seeds
