I received my admission (or readmission)  letter to the  University of Central Florida today.  I am free now to apply to the RN-BSN (or AS to BSN) program which ever happens to be what I am at the time I apply.  The application deadlines for the transition programs are May 15th to July 1st for spring 2013.  Now I have to see if they will take my nutrition class in place of their nutrition class that is a pre-req.  So another APG form and course description need to be sent in the the school of nursing.  As much as I enjoyed my nutrition class I would hate to have to take another one especially since I am not admitted to UCF until Spring 2013 and it’s a 3000 level course which is probably not available at my college to take there.  That would just suck if I didn’t get in because of one class.

I am still undecided as to whether I will participate in my College wide graduation ceremony which is on May 5th.  I will definitely be attending pinning though.  I don’t have my college wide graduation tickets nor do I have my cap and gown. My only opportunity to get them is waiting in a line at the answer center of my college and that’s always a cluster and a half.  The line is a mile long and very slow.    Then I have to go to the bookstore to pick up the cap and gown which is no big deal.  I have to decide if I want to spend my time waiting in a line or enjoying myself elsewhere.

Going to the Space Coast Cardiopulmonary conference  on Thursday (19).  I am only going to day one due to an exam on day two.  So I won’t be able to enjoy the post day one party as much as I would like since I have to drive home and study for an exam.  Maybe an hour or two of sunshine would feel really good. Its always nice to see my fellow RT’s that I haven’t seen in a while out at the conference.
