Today’s Patient Care Management HESI achievement exam went well. I got surprisingly a 99.99% conversion score and my HESI score was 1215 which is up from the 1187 from my last HESI achievement exam. (Our class average was a 1000)I say surprisingly because the test only had 55 questions and I thought right away “Oh crap! That’s less I can get wrong and still pass.” I was very surprised to see my score. My teacher said the look on my face was one of “Oh I just got a 70%.” I was just just floored by the grade.
After the exam I headed over to Whole Foods Market to pick up a few things and then I got a call from one of my classmates who asked me to come to the ale house. There were a few from our class that didn’t move forward with us so it was lovely to see Ginnie and Shauna. We ate and drank and had a great time. It was the two I mentioned, Desarie, Lisa, Tamika, Jennifer and Trey. We were there for a couple of hours.
I found some shoes to go with my pinning luncheon dress today. For actual pinning we have to wear our student nursing uniforms. Ugh. I am so tired of that uniform. But I only have to wear it once more.
Tomorrow will be spent studying for Fridays 4 hour, 165 question exam. We will go to the Pinning Luncheon directly after the exam. I haven’t decided whether I will wear my dress in to the exam or if I will bring it. I will probably bring it because that room can get hot and that dress can also get hot.
In one of my notes, someone mentioned Kaplan exams. What are those like compared to the HESI?
ONE MORE EXAM TO GO!!
